Refund and Cancellation Policy
Guests must cancel their booking at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time, via email, to be eligible for a refund.
Any cancellation made within 48 hours of the booking time, or on the same date of booking, is strictly non-refundable, and the company shall not be liable to process any refund.
No refunds will be applicable in case of no shows. However, subject to availability, the reservation may be extended by up to 30 minutes as a one-time courtesy.
Bank or payment gateway charges, if applicable, will be deducted from all eligible refund amounts for cancellation requests received 48 hours prior to the check-in time.
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
Management discretion may apply only in exceptional or operational circumstances, and such decisions shall be final and binding.
If the guest has already cleared the security check-in at the departure area, the company shall not be liable to process any refund.
The lounge address clearly specifies that the Aviserv Lounge is located in the Arrival Area. In the event of any misunderstanding regarding the lounge location by the guest, the company shall not be liable for any refund.
